Is Tracy McGrady's Prime Greater than LeBron's Prime?

T-Mac in his prime is better than Lebron for many reason. Lebron is known for his ability to drive into the paint, but T-Mac can also do the same and dunk with astonishment. Remember when he dunked over Shawn Bradley of the Mavs? He can easily go to the basket with dribbling skills and also be able to deliver some nice dimes because he has much better passing percision than people think. He is a pure shooter at his prime. Not everyone is perfect at shooting, but T-Mac was closest to it! He scored 13 pts in 33 seconds and each stroke looked amazing and his shot is so good. When T-Mac wants something, he will get it. I know people are gonna say "he didn't get past the first round of the playoffs when he wasn't injured" but he tried his butt off scoring incredible numbers against the Jazz and owning and this without Yao, so he basically had the team on his shoulders, Lebron has done it, yet I do believe T-Mac has more heart for the game than Lebron if he was in his prime. I just want to say that I am a huge Rockets fan, but even if i wasn't i know T-Mac at his prime is almost impossible to stop, he was a back to back scoring leader and he is simply much better than ppl see him now adays due to his injury. I have never been more disappointed for someone and wish T-Mac the best of luck in Detroit, his fall from the top to the bottom due to injury is truly a tragic.

Also you can't compare these two because T-mac has more achievements.

  • First Team: 2002, 2003
  • Second Team: 2001, 2004, 2007
  • Third Team: 2005, 2008

LeBron James has achieved:

Each player had more stats that i didn't add, because it would be to long of a list. Both player had already played on Christmas day and Tracy McGrady owned him. He dropped 40 points. Tracy McGrady is a better dunker. If you say LeBron is a better dunker, than why hasn't he been in the dunk contest. Tracy McGrady is ranked the 48th best player of all time. They said he would be top 20 but with all of his injuries it held him back.

  1. Lebron carried a team on his back, T-mac didn't. T-mac was a supporter. When Lebron left, Cleveland was terrible. When T-MAC left Houston, they were fine

  3. I don't think we've seen LeBron's prime yet. When both players are in the history books and hang up the shoes for the last time, I think LeBron will CLEARLY be the better player and the accolades and achievements will prove it. Don't get me wrong, T-Mac in his prime was unstoppable AT TIMES...but if/when LeBron wins a title or two there will be no argument.
